1) Ok, so if people are working or whatever on saturday, I'm ok for meeting during the week... I'm pretty flexible, so whatever works best for you guys.
2) Does anyone have any info about when/how/where we're supposed to pay??? Maybe I should email Caroline... haha
3) Are we supposed to email Lille to tell them our travel/arrival plans? If so, when are we gonna do that?
4) Do we have to book train tickets in advance? By when?

Hello ladies. I am gong to propose that we meet during the week in the afternoon, perhaps sometime during the lunch hours. But if no-body can make it, let's scratch that idea. I am going to suggest Monday, Wednesday or thursday in the early afternoon. Hopefully we can find one day that wveryone can get together. I hvae a question as well. Does anyone know when we have to hand in those sheets about our travel insurance (they were in the envolope at the pre-departure meeting) and if we are supposed to just give them to caroline?

I'm assuming just hand in the insurance forms when we go to pay (sometime next week) as well I think we are supposed to advise Caroline of our flight info to forward onto the school. I know most of us are going early/staying late, so we should probably pick a train time and tell them that is when we will be arriving so they can pick us up....
Thoughts? I think I remember Amber saying checkout would be at 10:30. Should we look at the 12:00 or 1:00 trains?

Also, I emailed Caroline about when to pay and she hasn't gotten back to me... So I'm a little worried about that. And the 12:00/1:00 trains sound good! Maybe 12:00? unless you guys wanna stick around for longer... just remember we'll have all our bags with us!

As for meeting, what is everyone's availability during the week of May 7-11?
I could do Monday after 3:00pm, 9th between 4:00 and 6:00pm, 10th anytime before 6:00pm, and Friday is pretty open.Would it be easiest to meet in SUB? Downtown works for me too.
I'm pretty free for meeting times this week... and Caroline still hasn't gotten back to me about payment. As for the train, I vote for the cheapest one... so... not the 12h58 one haha
