OK, so the proposed meeting time is noon (or so) on Thursday, May 10th in SUB (maybe we could head to RATT or somewhere for food/beverages).

OK. I just called Alyssa to see if tomorrow would work for her. She works 8:30-4:30 everyday. She said she could make it for 5.
Would you all be cool with meeting by the fireplace in SUB (by SUBstage) at 5:00pm instead?
I won't be able to make the 5:00. I work at 4:30 until 10
I have a family emergency that I'm dealing with right now and I just don't have time to figure this out.
I posted the times that I'm available... but depending on what happens tomorrow with my... I may not be able to make it this week anyway.
Do whatever you need to and if need be I'll catch up with you all later.
I vote next week (I know we are getting close). Amber, I hope everything is going to be ok! Worse come to worse, they have posted the contact info for the school on the Yahoo group along with the details to call when we arrive in Paris and book our tickets to Lille. We can always just wait till we get there. :S. I'm not fussed. But hopefully everyone is surviving (especially you Amber, thank you so much for everything you have done so far). And I look forward to seeing you soon.
